What is the name of your organization?

Perry Boyle: The BOMA Project.

Why the focus on international affairs?

Perry Boyle: I help to run a Nairobi based NGO that provides poverty graduation programs to pastoralist women in the arid lands of sub-Saharan Africa.

What are you working on these days?

Perry Boyle: Scaling BOMA. We have a 5 year plan to reach 3 million people.

What made you join the Pacific Council?

Perry Boyle: I wanted to keep up to date on issues in international affairs.

What’s your biggest takeaway?

Perry Boyle: The world is at risk of autocratic expansionism as the US liberal world order atrophies.
