Ms. Rayeon Park, Strategic Planning Lead, GridWiz
Rayeon Park is a strategic planning lead at GridWiz. She leads a strategy team with a strict focus on delivering integrated platforms to optimize fleets of distributed energy resources as virtual power plants. The areas for the team include demand response, energy storage, rooftop solar, and EV charging stations. Prior to joining GridWiz, she was a senior manager at KPMG CC&S (Climate Change & Sustainability). She received a B.A. in architecture from UC Berkeley.
Mr. Matt Petersen, President and CEO, Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator
Matt Petersen is the President and CEO of Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI.) LACI is creating an inclusive green economy by unlocking innovation (e.g., incubating leading startups), transforming markets (i.e., creating aspirational partnerships), and enhancing community (i.e., inspiring future entrepreneurs). LACI's three priorities are accelerating transportation electrification, clean energy, and sustainable cities.
Dr. Susan Ying, Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships, Ampaire
Dr. Ying is the Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships for Ampaire. She is also a Director and Board member for the Lindbergh Foundation, and the immediate past President of the International Council of the Aeronautical Sciences (ICAS) serving on the Executive Committee which leads in shaping the agenda of this multinational professional aerospace organization. Dr. Ying has devoted over 38 years to the aerospace industry, with experience at NASA, Boeing, and most recently the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC) as the Chief Integration Officer.

Ms. Patricia Gruver, Tech Diplomacy Fellow, Pacific Council on International Policy
Patricia Gruver is currently leading the SciDEAL (Science Diplomacy Exchange and Learning) program at the National Science Policy Network, where she mentors the next generation of science diplomats. Previously, she was the Research and Innovation Attachée for the Québec Government Office in Boston, where she facilitated research and technology partnerships between Québec and the United States. She also served as the co-chair of the Science & Technology Diplomatic Circle in Boston, an organization of 67 countries with international offices in the Boston region.
